Our heritage pigs are treated with respect and attention. They feed in the forest and plus they get Soy Free, Non-GMO feed—not stuck in a factory.

If you have a chest freezer, a Half Hog of meat takes up about 3-4 milk crates. That’s 70-80lbs of a variety of pork cuts (sausage, chops, brats, bacon, etc.) plus if you’re up for it, you can get all those delicious cuts too the processor just throws away: make lard, hocks, neckbones, and more and stretch your bundle even more. I’ll help you figure out the best order. It’ll make cooking easy to shop your freezer.
