When Easter rolls around in South Carolina, it’s something special. Azaleas burst into bloom, Dogwood trees are covered in soft, snow-like blossoms (technically leaves!), bees start humming again, the grass is rich and green, and the sunshine is warm and mild.
Around here, we often call it “Resurrection Day” to honor the deeper meaning of the day. But for simplicity’s sake, I usually just say “Easter.”
Easter Sunday Dinner is one of the most beautiful and meaningful meals of the year—and if you’re still deciding what to serve, a whole pasture-raised chicken makes for a truly special Southern feast.
We just restocked with roasting chickens:
- 4 lb ($32) (feeds about 2-4)
- 4.5 lb ($36) (feeds about 4-8)
- 5+ lb ($40)
- (More chicken, more meat—it’s worth it!)
They are raised right here on the farm and ready for your table. Just send a text or call Aaron at 843 861 6519.
